Warranty Service Request.
To assure that your new home meets all our standards of efficiency, we invite you to follow this warranty service schedule: Within 30 days of your move to a Burnstead home, our customer service team will reach out to you to make sure your transition has been smooth.
Beyond emergencies, there are two other warranty times you may wish to note for a new Burnstead home. The first is after the first 90 days of occupancy; the second is within 30 days of your one-year occupancy anniversary.
