Warranty Service Request
We strive to provide you with quality service. After
moving into your new home, you may find that you have
some items that require warranty service. Please note
with the exception of specified emergencies, there
are two times you may submit in writing for warranty
service: once after the first 90 days of occupancy
and second, no earlier than 30 days prior to the one-year
anniversary of owning your home.
Use this form to notify the Customer Service department
of any warranty items. If an inspection is necessary,
we will contact you to set up an appointment. Service
hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. |
