Just a note to let you know how pleased we are with the home you built for us in Tumble Creek. It couldn't have been a more positive experience from beginning to end. Having never built a custom home before we weren't certain what to expect. With your help and that of your staff every step went very smoothly. We especially thank Kevin who was always available and willing to explain details, give his honest opinion and make constructive suggestions. Kristin was extremely helpful in gathering product information and cost alternatives. It was evident that everyone who works for Brock Smith Construction takes pride in the job they do. We have already had several family gatherings and everyone has thoroughly enjoyed themselves, especially the grandchildren. The home is beyond all of our expectations.

We are doing quite well with Brock Smith Construction Company and have intentions to build on three other lots that we own, two in Tumble Creek and one in Suncadia.
