“In early 2009, my husband and I decided it was time to move and make room for our growing family. We put our condo up for sale and started our search for the perfect home. We looked at a variety of homes in Snohomish County trying to find the right location and space for our needs. We had seen quite a few homes and had ruled out every one of them… until we found Cavalero Ridge in Lake Stevens! We met Vicki and visited the homes for sale and fell in love. The finish work throughout the entire house exceeded our expectations from the hardwood floors to the custom built-in cabinets in the family room. The hood floor plan was the perfect fit for our family. The location was great for us with the easy access to highway 9 and I-5 to get to family and work.

“My family and I transferred here from Texas with Boeing in February. I came to Washington seven months prior to my family arriving to narrow down our new home search and get acclimated. After visiting several new communities in the Lake Stevens, Mill Cree, and Bothell areas, I ended up concluding that Lake Stevens offered the most attractive new home options. My wife and I then researched the market in Lake Stevens based on the builder’s quality and reputation.
That brought us to the Burnstead properties. We researched Burnstead Construction to learn that they are very reputable and have been in the building business for generations. The finish work of their construction is of very high quality and the floor plan designs we saw surpassed many others we had previously seen. The lot sizes were generous compared to others and the surrounding views and greenbelts were a real plus. The easy access to Hwy 2 and I-5 saves me hours in commute time weekly versus neighborhoods closer to the Lake. The area is peaceful yet close to everything, shopping, hobbies and major highways.
The Burnstead Team was extremely pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone in the market. Vicki helped us throughout the purchase process, Jon had our home to 100% satisfaction prior to moving in and Mary did a great orientation and explanation of operation. We are extremely happy with our decision and again, would highly recommend The Burnsteads Cavalero Ridge neighborhood and team to everyone.”
