“When we began looking for a new home it was very important to us that we find not only a great home but a neighborhood that we could see ourselves raising our family in for years to come. Because of this reason, the area schools and the neighborhood location were very important to us and Chatham Ridge offers the best of both. We are minutes from schools, stores, the freeway and Downtown Kirkland yet tucked away in our small private neighborhood. We love that as we make our drive home we are welcomed with scenic views of Lake Washington, Mt. Rainer, Downtown Bellevue and Seattle. It is an added bonus that we have a beautiful neighborhood park that is safely tucked at the bottom of the development for our kids and their friends to play in as they get older!
