RENT-TO-OWN OPTION
Pine Forest Company residents now have
the opportunity to apply rent credit
towards the purchase of a new Burnstead
home or condominium.
How does it work?
$225 of the monthly rent paid to Pine
Forest Company apartments is applied
towards the purchase of a new home in
any of the communities where the Burnsteads
are currently building. These credits
may be used for options and upgrades
or closing costs. The Rent-to-Own option
doesn't apply to the purchase of a Pine
Forest Company apartment.
Terms & Conditions:
- No enrollment fee.
- Credits are transferable from all Pine Forest Company
apartments beginning 1/1/2002.
- Roommates earn equal credit amounts.
- Residents must use a Burnstead representative/John
L. Scott Lake Bellevue agent as their
sales agent.
- Residents can't take the equity
in cash.
- Maximum credit of up to 3% of purchase
price.
- Credits can be used in conjunction
with other builder incentives offered
at the time of purchase.
- Program credits expire 120 days
after move out of a Pine Forest Company
apartment.
The Rent-to-Own program may be changed
or canceled at any time; however,
participants may utilize credits for
up to 120 days following cancellation.
